Also, please leave the site in the condition you found it i.e. clean and tidy.

Pets
I’m afraid we do not accept pets at either Woodman’s Wagon or Orchard Wagon.

Security
Whilst our accommodation is very secluded and private, we cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage or theft of personal property.

The Sites
Both camp sites are located deep in the countryside and we are committed to ensuring that nature is respected and preserved. Therefore we ask guests to take care of all the usual natural hazards that exist in the countryside. You must agree to be responsible for the welfare of yourselves, and other visitors. Whilst reasonable precautions are taken to eliminate obvious hazards, The Wood Life cannot accept responsibility for any injury.

Camp Fires
Both camps are equipped with fire pits and wood burners and an adequate amount of firewood is provided. Please use this resource sparingly, sensibly and safely.

Care of the Environment
Our woodland and farmland is ancient and beautiful and the result of hundreds of years of work and many generations of care. Guests have a duty of care to conserve and protect these unique sites. Any damage to the site including the trees, ground flora or any pollution (e.g. excessive noise, litter or contamination of any kind) may result in guests being asked to leave without any refund. The Wood Life reserves the right to charge guests for anything found to be missing from, or damaged on the site after their departure.

Site Maintenance
Your enjoyment of and privacy within the sites is of the utmost importance to us and we will respect this at all times. However, from time to time it may be necessary to carry out maintenance work to the woods and the camps. In the unlikely event of this occurring while you are staying, we will endeavour to keep any disturbance to an absolute minimum.

General
Smoking is not permitted in any of the accommodation and we ask that guests leave the accommodation clean and tidy and report any breakages or damage. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions, prices or website without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse entry to the site and to cancel bookings if necessary (e.g. due to extreme weather conditions).

That’s the boring bit over with, so please enjoy your stay. If you have any questions regarding the above please do get in touch, we will be only too happy to help.
